BLACK BOX CHINESE OPERA FESTIVAL 2024

The 7th Black Box Chinese Opera Festival features original experimental xiqu productions in a variety of regional genres and styles from China, including different adaptations of Farewell My Concubine. The festival will also be complemented by a series of xiqu-inspired wearable art workshops.

FREESPACE JAZZ FEST 2024

To celebrate its 6th edition, the Festival presents an all-star line-up of over a hundred of jazz musicians from around the world who will stage a range of captivating ticketed and free performances, including legendary Herbie Hancock, international sensation Joey Alexander and Grammy-awarded Antonio Sánchez.

MIDORI FESTIVAL

Midori is an intimate Hong Kong electronic music festival. A part of the wave of boutique electronic music events emerging around Asia, Midori returns bigger this October after a successful debut in May this year. This multifaceted event will take place at a spectacular private rural location.

HONG KONG PERFORMING ARTS EXPO

This inaugural expo hosts a myriad of activities specially curated for arts enthusiasts and industry insiders to experience a rich variety of musical theatre, dance, comedy and more. The aim is to create a platform of cultural exchange and connections and to foster an understanding of different cultures.

WHATZ ART CURATORS FAIR

The new art fair presents artworks from various artists, including Joe Wong, Lampo Leong, Yann Rebecq, Hou Chung-ying, Shazia Imran and You Meng-shu, Kung Ching-ting and more. Each hotel room will be transformed into a unique art space, echoing the intimacy of a visit to an artist’s studio.
