Oktoberfest is back at the Beer Garden. Its return was marked by the Beer-Tapping Ceremony, which took place at Happy Valley Racecourse tonight (Wednesday, 8 October). Racing fans enjoyed a legendary German beer hall experience with live music and traditional food options.
