The film adaptation, starring the magnificent Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer, also received critical acclaim, winning five Oscars, including Best Picture, and is a truly beloved family classic.
The production features classic songs like “Do-Re-Mi,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” “Edelweiss,” “My Favorite Things,” and the title song, “The Sound of Music.” The Broadway International Group presents the musical in a retouched version that combines originality with the timeless appeal of the original musical and film.
