The acclaimed Korean Musical Let me Fly comes to Hong Kong for the 15th Festive Korea!
This heartfelt masterpiece, created by renowned composer Min Chanhong and Musical Little Prince director Lee Daewoong, promises an unforgettable theatrical experience. The cast includes Korean musical theater luminaries Yoon Gongjoo and Bang Jinui , alongside 27 years veteran actor Kim Taehan, with Na Hana (the lead of the Korean production of Musical Wicked), versatile actress Hong Jihee (known for the K-drama Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha) and popular actor Ahn Jeehwan.
Let me Fly: a timeless romantic dream journey. In July 1969, as Apollo 11 launches, tailor Namwon’s fashion designer dream takes flight! A design school acceptance sparks hope for him and his love, Jungbun, until the moon grows unnaturally large. Waking up in 2020, Namwon finds himself aged, with an elderly woman named Sunhee by his side. Where is Jungbun? Who is Sunhee? To return to 1969, Namwon explores this unfamiliar future.
