Rachid Ouramdane, Director at the Chaillot – Théâtre national de la Danse in Paris, France, is bringing together an ensemble of 10 air artists and celestial athletes, to showcase a remarkable display of strength, dexterity and artistic excellence. Corps extrêmes is supported by Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels, as part of the French May Arts Festival 2025.

One of the most well-loved violin concertos of all time, Bruch’s Violin Concerto in G minor is celebrated for its boundless exuberance, expressive lyricism and dramatic energy. French star violinist Alexandra Soumm will make her Hong Kong début playing this virtuosic classic with Hong Kong Sinfonietta, under the baton of Pascal Rophé.

ASIAN AVANT-GARDE FILM FESTIVAL 2025

This vibrant three-day celebration will showcase the diverse moving image practices that have shaped Asia’s artistic landscape over the past six decades. The festival will focus on the theme ‘Time Will Tell’, demonstrating the profound ways artists and filmmakers engage with this fundamental concept through a medium intrinsically linked to duration.

OBJECTS OF PLAY: HOO MOJONG CENTENNIAL RETROSPECTIVE

The exhibition features the artistic creation of HOO Mojong (1924-2012) with nearly 100 artworks including paintings, prints, drawings, and archival materials from various periods of Hoo’s career, recapping her integration of Chinese and Western art styles and investigations of the spirituality and power of ordinary life.
