Curated by the door and supported by K11 MUSEA, Wellness Cultural Fest “The Joy Factory” will take place over two consecutive weekends starting 4 April. This unique festival invites urban dwellers to embark on a holistic journey of body, mind, and soul healing. Open to the public free of charge, the event will be held from 4–6 April (Fri–Sun) and 12–13 April (Sat–Sun) at K11 MUSEA 6F. Visitors can reconnect with themselves amidst the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour through interactive experiences designed to nurture inner balance and well-being.
The Joy Factory: Key Highlights
Explore Four Thematic Zones Featuring Curated Wellness Brands: Discover selected booths across four key themes, namely “Physical Vitality,” “Mindful Awareness,” “Energy and Spiritual,” and “Harmonious Living”, showcasing a diverse range of handcrafted goods, natural skincare, and aromatherapy products. Highlights include “OM Sound Temple”, led by Tibetan singing bowl expert Tsering, showcasing a rare collection of antique singing bowls for an immersive sound healing experience; and local Gen Z brand “Yuen Muk”, creatively transforming local seeds into unique healing instruments, blending sound and natural craftsmanship to awaken the inner vitality of body, mind, and spirit.
Dynamic & Mindful Workshops: Centred around the theme of “Movement & Stillness,” the workshops blend dynamic stretching with calming meditation experiences. Highlights include a variety of sessions such Sound Bath, Art Jamming, and more. Do not miss the debut of ELASKO, an innovative stretching experience designed to reconnect body and mind, as well as the beginner-friendly Tai Chi workshop led by Gen Z instructor Yat Tung, offering participants of all levels a chance to explore the rhythm and balance of both body and mind.
Exclusive Performances Against Victoria Harbour Views: Enjoy specially curated performances ranging from soothing Happy Drum sessions, flowing Tai Chi, to spontaneous musical conversations brimming with inspiration and creative spark. All set against the calming, expansive sea views, offering a deeply relaxing and immersive mind-body experience.
