YOUNGCLUB X Next Mart – Art Next Expo 2021

YOUNGCLUB Gallery is pleased to announce our participation in the Hong Kong local art fair Art Next Expo, taking place 8-10 October 2021. This is the fourth edition of the fair, which was founded by Art Next Hong Kong to connects independent artists with art professionals and collectors. As a close collaborator to Next Mart, YOUNGCLUB Gallery brings together the works of four young artists living and working in Hong Kong.
Being a part of spotlighted section “Next Mart”, YOUNGCLUB is bringing a group presentation of Hong Kong artists Wu Hiu Nam, Lau Cheuk Lun, Shing Yuen Tung and Chui Suet Wai.
Four artists, under the theme of art supermarket, explore the influence of the rapid flow of information under today’s popular culture, all of which use art as a medium of information to convey their own creative creativity to the audience. The works also explore the relationship between internet memes and art. Through observation, each individual’s personal preferences are interestingly integrated into their pieces.
The artists will be at the opening and are available for interviews upon request.
