EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Stroll gallery‘s key philosophy is “an unique and artistic gallery in factories”. We transformed an under-utilized factory space in Kwai Chung, an industrial and logistics area, into an eye-catching art and culture multiplex in Hong Kong with our unique art and design capabilities and perspectives. This new and pioneering initiative will help strengthening the Hong Kong government’s industrial area revitalization policies.
This exhibition presents white porcelain works by artists In-Sig Kim, Chang-Hwa Lee, and Song-guk Park. Their own temperature illuminates different shades of light, and the cleanness and subtlety of white porcelain. The show is as calm as walking on a quite peaceful trail and you can enjoy their clean white porcelain pieces, as you enjoy the illumination of your own life journeys.
From In-Sig Kim, portraying various kinds of white soil to express the scenery of his various experiences, to Song-Kuk Park, whose work is characterized by freely bending soil through the unique texture of Hanji, and Chang-Hwa Lee, who does not lose practicality as well as a formative beauty.
With the start of the show, The Stroll gallery will continually introduce Korean contemporary artists to Hong Kong as an extension of Bottari, Kave which promoted Korean foods and beverages and Korean art crafts organized by Stella A&C.
