Iconic musical actor and three-time Tony Award winner Patti LuPone makes her Hong Kong debut with the internationally acclaimed musical memoir A Life in Notes.
Interweaving entertaining personal anecdotes with songs that shaped her extraordinary life and career – from her 1950s childhood on Long Island to her rise as Broadway’s reigning diva – LuPone traces significant moments in time, and stirs memories in the crowd. On stage with longtime music director Joseph Thalken on piano and Brad Phillips on strings, LuPone’s star power shines and the rich resonance of her powerful voice delights and electrifies.
Now making its only Asian stop in Hong Kong, A Life in Notes showcases some of LuPone’s biggest Broadway numbers as well as pop and rock classics and surprise personal favourites. Recognised with standing ovations around the world, the jubilant experience confirms LuPone’s status as consummate Broadway royalty.
