Chinachem Group partners with French May Arts Festival for the third consecutive year by hosting special events of the 2023 Festival at its Central Market and NINA MALL from now until 19 June.

Conceived by Marseille-based digital artist Antonin Fourneau, ‘Waterlight Graffiti’ is a unique interactive art installation composed of several thousand LEDs that illuminate when in contact with water. When being in contact with the edges of a LED, the water triggers an electrical bridge that lights up the LED, creating a new reactive material on which luminous messages can be written in urban spaces. Employing water as a creative medium, visitors may express themselves freely by creating their artwork in lights on the sustainable LED canvas. Two nature-inspired live artworks by young local artist Bao Ho will also complement the interactive art installation, which links art with sustainability on the innovative water-activated canvas.
