Water Parade by AllRightsReserved at Victoria Harbour
25 October - 1 November
$40 – $80EVENT DESCRIPTION
Curated and organised by Hong Kong’s renowned creative brand AllRightsReserved (ARR), the Water Parade by AllRightsReserved at Victoria Harbour will unite some of the most popular IPs and artists across the globe to deliver two major highlights. On October 25, four beloved characters—Doraemon, KAWS & Sesame Street (Elmo), McDonald’s Grimace, and POP MART’s LABUBU—will be transformed into giant floating inflatable sculptures. These monumental works will grace Victoria Harbour for eight days before culminating on November 1 with a dream fleet parade across the harbour.
The ticketed Water Parade Market located along the Central Harbourfront Promenade will welcome the public with an array of exclusive merchandise, themed food and beverages, and skill games—creating a celebration that seamlessly blends art, culture and entertainment.
The Water Parade Market will feature a wide range of exclusive international IP merchandise, from plush toys and lifestyle products to finely crafted collectibles. Participating IPs include Doraemon, KAWS & Sesame Street, Netflix’s most popular film “KPop Demon Hunters”, Netflix Originals “Stranger Things” and “Squid Game”, Snoopy and the Peanuts™ characters from the globally beloved comic strip, and TOLO’s Founding Duck. Visitors to the Water Parade Market will also have the opportunity to take part in a raffle for limited-edition wooden sculptures of Doraemon and Snoopy (300 pieces each). In addition, several IPs will launch plush keychains in fun, collectible designs. TOLO’s Founding Duck will introduce a special ocean-animal series featuring characters such as shark and walrus, echoing the water-themed setting of the parade. Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters will make its exclusive debut at the market with a dedicated collection including collectible cards, 15cm vinyl figure blind box set, Derpy and Sussie plush keychain, real SODA POP canned drinks, and acrylic stands.
Four themed game booths will allow visitors to interact with characters such as Grimace, Stranger Things and TOLO’s Founding Duck. Each game is designed to test participants’ skills through fun tossing challenges and more.
Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, a series of themed dining experiences will be introduced from October 25. Designed around the iconic features of Doraemon and KAWS & Sesame Street, the menu will feature roll cakes, donuts, dorayaki, ice cream and yogurt milk—all decorated with character motifs and playful designs. Highlights include Doraemon’s dorayaki paired with ice cream, as well as donuts inspired by KAWS & Sesame Street. Tableware and drinkware will also be specially designed for the occasion. ARR has partnered with Mezzanine Makers to launch a range of IP-themed canned sodas, while light snacks including hot dogs and meatballs will also be served to cater to different tastes.
In addition to international IPs, the market will shine a spotlight on a local cultural creation: Panda Friends & Family, Hong Kong (PFF HK). Originally introduced by ARR during last year’s PANDA GO! FEST HK, PFF HK is inspired by six pandas beloved in Hong Kong—Ying Ying, Le Le, Ke Ke, An An, and twins Jia Jia and De De—and incorporates local cultural elements into its design.
At the market, a special PFF HK-themed mailbox will allow visitors to send greetings worldwide. Free physical postcards will be available in limited supply, already stamped with international postage, allowing guests to write messages and drop them into the panda-themed mailbox to be delivered overseas. For those who miss out on the physical cards, scanning the QR code on the mailbox with location services enabled will allow visitors to send digital postcards instantly to family and friends.
Halloween Special on October 31
On October 31, the Water Parade Market will transform into a festive Halloween destination. Visitors are invited to join Trick-or-Treat activities, and those arriving in IP-inspired costumes will receive special surprises like candies. Interactive activities throughout the market will further enhance the festive spirit, welcoming families and friends of all ages to celebrate together.
The Dream Fleet Parade Embarks on November 1
The four giant floating inflatable sculptures of Doraemon, KAWS & Sesame Street (Elmo), Grimace and LABUBU will be on free public display at sea from October 25, off Tamar Park in Admiralty. The event will culminate on November 1 (Saturday) at 2PM, when the inflatables form a dream fleet and sail together across Victoria Harbour, weaving between Hong Kong Island and Kowloon to deliver an unprecedented visual spectacle. Full parade route details will be announced closer to the date.
