The First Hong Kong International Inclusive Dance Festival

EVENT DESCRIPTION

The First Hong Kong International Inclusive Dance Festival is to showcase the inclusive dance activities that were started in Hong Kong in the 90s and persistently developed by numerous individuals and organizations including the Centre for Community Cultural Development, showing creative dance and movement is for everyone.

Together with many persistent and dedicated artists, we proudly present 3 variety performances on 3 separate days in a roll with 11 inclusive dance groups. The performances will be varied with different themes and forms from the enjoyment and exploration of dance and movement with different yet unique gestural vocabularies to those exploring their own lives, their aspirations and the society in which they live.
