See the sea.

Sinking to the deepest of the waters. Leaving the bustling city behind, let’s dive with the local artist Stella Lam – feel and explore the mystic seascape along her sight.

In this coastal city, do you really “see” what is hidden in the vast and deep body of water?

Stella brings her diving experience into this exhibition, presenting the magic of the sea. With various mediums of art, she immerses the audience with what she feels about the sea. The exhibition consists of two parts, with the first one about her diving experience. Reality interlacing with virtuality, the audience is led into the nautical space by 3D rendering lenticular prints and AR interactive installation. The second part is a series of sea collections capturing the memories of engaging with the sea. The paintings, hand painted ceramics and 3D printing models show the scenes, objects and creatures under the water or by the seaside.

In her eyes, the sea of Hong Kong is filled with beautiful sceneries and intriguing creatures. Just as a fresh diver like her, uncovering the wonders in the sea, Stella hopes to inspire everyone to embrace whatever is new with a curious mind.
