Make Music, Hong Kong 2024

Make Music, Hong Kong! will take place at The Fringe Club in Central and The Wanch in Wan Chai on June 21 & 22. The two-day music festival is co-funded by European Union Office to Hong Kong and Macau, with the participation of the Consulates General of Czech, Poland, Switzerland, and Italian Cultural Institute. Make Music, Hong Kong! is a special event of the French May Arts Festival with the aim to promote and encourage artistic exchanges between European countries and Hong Kong. 

The 2-day music festival is bringing 36 concerts from 5 European bands and 16 local bands at 2 venues, offering an array of music performance from jazz to pop and from rock to electro music.

European Bands:

5 European bands including Jazz Lambaux (France), HoTS (Poland), Marta del Grandi (Italy), Nelly (Czech Republic), and Yannick Barman (Switzerland).

Local Bands:

16 local bands and artists include Almond Milk, A Vivid Machine, CMDZ, CODE, Dont Panic, DJ fatty cool, EJAR, GENERAL LINO AND THE CAPTAINS, Kowloon Swing outfit, Kvyle, Loisey x Daniel, MOUSE FX, Movement 牧民樂隊, Murphy and the lawyers, SNAILS, and YOUNG BUCKS.

Inspired by the Fête de la Musique (World Music Day) which takes place around the world on June 21 to celebrate the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere, Make Music, Hong Kong! is a music festival that celebrates all types of music for everyone.
