G San – the barista delayed by the airplane, occasionally brings his portable coffee machine to different cafes for guest shifts, hoping to let more friends experience the uniqueness of the manual coffee machine.

Commenced operations in 2023, specializing in self-roasted coffee beans, and also provides “catering” office pour-over coffee services. The owner likes to make friends through coffee, and believes that every cup of coffee is the beginning of a story and an idea.

A local brand in Hong Kong, goes in for speciality coffee beans. Serves in a homemade package. With the theme of “Healing,” to provide you with an antidote, and ease your addiction to all sorts of caffeine.

Islet Coffee Lab@isletcoffeelab
Located in the “Shelter” – a new, creative coastal public community rest space, with a multi-functional activity room suitable for exhibitions and theatrical performances, and a lawn suitable for walking pets. Islet Coffee Lab hopes to bring the busy Hong Kong people a weekend leisure experience with its home-roasted coffee and comfortable outdoor space.
