EVENT DESCRIPTION
Discover the science of storytelling by building a head-mounted ‘Pinhole Cinema’!
M+ invites families to unleash their creativity by turning a closable box into a portable pinhole device. In this self-initiated journey, families will carry their creations and explore the museum and its surrounding scenery from outside-the-box angles. They will exchange their perspectives to create a shared memory.
After the event, families can bring home their self-made mini cinema and continue their creative experience as an extension of the workshop.
This workshop is a collaboration with LENS, an independent Tokyo-based creative lab founded by designers Kenichi Okada and Kunie Hiyamizui.
