CNY Dunhuang Mural Workshops

EVENT DESCRIPTION

This Chinese New Year, we invite you to delve back into Chinese Art History. The Mogao Caves in Denhuang are a UNESCO World Heritage site and home to an estimated 46,000 sqm of murals from between the 5th and 14th century.

In each workshop, we will be practicing the styles and techniques of Chinese Painting on a solid surface, learning to paint motifs of Chinese mythology and iconic landscapes!

Adults ~ 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Sunday, 18 February (with break time)

Teens (10+) ~ 12:00 – 2:00 pm, Weekdays, 12-16 February

Kids (5+) ~ 10:00 – 11:30 am, Weekdays, 12-16 February
