EVENT DESCRIPTION
To kick off 2025, Grotto is thrilled to present Brian Chan Kwan-lok’s solo exhibition Echoes of Nature, the acclaimed Hong Kong ink painter’s first solo show since 2019. A master in Chinese baimiao (pure line painting) style, Chan combines contemporary narratives and meticulous renderings, capturing philosophical metaphors and personal sentiments through every brushwork and physical expressions. A major publication, Bound by Nature, will also be featured as a comprehensive catalogue featuring Chan’s works (2019-2025).
