a little something gallery is proud to present “ Keep walking ”, an exhibition by armechan featuring his new artwroks in the artmarch 2025.

Inviting the viewers to explore the fascinationg urban landscape of Hong Kong as interpreted by armechan. While titled “Keep Walking,” it contrasts the lack of Scottish whisky with local flavours, reflecting Hong Kong’s unique vibrant cityscape.

The exhibition examines the relationship between friendship, loneliness, and public spaces, inspired by interesting scenes discovered on the streets. It highlights how strangers maintain an invisible distance while sharing moments of solitude. The artist critiques modern friendships based on self-interest and hopes viewers will resonate with the works, prompting reflection on their connections with others and their environment.

Inspired by the dynamic scenes discovered on the streets, his art encourages the audience to engage with their surroundings, fostering a sense of connection and creativity, By showcasing these pieces in various places of Hong Kong, he invites viewers to become active participants in the urban art scene, transforming the city into a living gallery of stories and experience.

ABOUT THE ARTIST / ORGANISER

Man Chi Loy a.k.a. armechan, is a Hong Kong artist. He graduated in UC Davis with a degree of fine art and lived in the California and Amsterdam in the past. The experience of living in different places, inspires him to pay attention to the strangers and see how individual behavior reacting to cramped living space in Hong Kong and how it shaping the character of a city as well as his self identity.
