EVENT DESCRIPTION
Be transported by music that made Tolstoy cry…
Cellist Jonathan Weigle from Germany and pianist Zheeyoung Moon from Korea return to Hong Kong to bring you an evening of meltingly beautiful music. You’ll hear the piece that made Tolstoy burst into emotional tears and the tender and intense sonata that was to be Rachmaninoff’s last great chamber music work. Your evening will be completed with Beethoven’s graceful and beloved sonata for cello and piano.
Come and join us for a pre-Christmas gift to yourselves and bring your friends too! For an additional $395, you can enjoy a 3 course dinner after the concert, during which you will be able to chat with our musicians.
