21st Classics For Kids Christmas Concert

The SAR Philharmonic Orchestra, in collaboration with Bizibuz and Creative Collab, invites you to a festive family outing of orchestral music and live theatre. Enjoy enchanting renditions of musical masterpieces and beloved Christmas songs, brought to life by a vibrant troupe of singers and dancers.

“The Colours of Christmas” Classics for Kids Concerts will be held on 2 December (Saturday) at 230 PM and 630PM, and on 3 December (Sunday) at 11AM and 230PM at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, Wan Chai.

Under the baton of Music Director KK Chiu, this year’s concert will follow the adventures of three larger-than-life crayons as they debate which colour embodies the true spirit of the season, with hilarious results. Out of the colourful showdown comes a realisation that every colour – and every performer – has a unique and important role to play in celebrating Christmas. With the help of the audience, the performers will showcase a variety of musical forms, instruments, and interactive activities, creating an engaging, educational, and immersive experience that is suitable for all ages.
