Chinese contemporary multi-disciplinary artist Zheng Jing presents a series of site-specific installations at Oi! that integrate art, science and spatial poetics into an immersive experience.

This is Zheng’s first solo exhibition in Hong Kong. In the Space · Ecology · Poetics: Zheng Jing’s Way of Art exhibition, he explores the possibilities of various elemental media such as water, sound, air and light within public spaces. The artist presents “breathing” stone sculptures, an underwater world of Victoria Harbour, a suspended cube that projects interwoven light beams, as well as related exhibits of his largest and continuously evolving public art initiative in his artistic career to date – the Expeditionary Light public art project – presenting an interdimensional and multisensory exhibition.
