I am a Countertenor 2: Grande Amour
25 April - 8:15 pm - 9:15 pm
$180EVENT DESCRIPTION
As the singer crafts a mosaic of musical pieces reflecting the emotions tied to love—joy, sorrow, and grief—one may wonder if such a loving person on stage performed self-love in real life.
Through a blend of melodious songs and compelling narratives, three performers depict a narrative of a singer who initially sought to captivate audiences at the expense of his own fulfilment. Despite longing to express himself through the music he truly enjoyed, the singer, plagued by self-doubt, delved into deep introspection. With newfound courage, he gradually begins to understand the importance of prioritizing his own satisfaction and creative expression.
Witness as he bravely takes his first steps towards a transformative departure from the conventional, embracing his authentic self with each note sung.
