Installation artist and active member of the Hong Kong art scene, Nadim Abbas excels in fabricating complex and ambiguous scenarios that challenge the threshold of human cognition, reconfiguring our perception of seemingly familiar surroundings.

In this exhibition, he starts off by investigating the aesthetics of miniature dioramas by constructing a surrealistic landscape in the gallery. Employing a witty orchestration of sound, light and performance, Nadim invites us to embark on a journey through the strange recesses of the imagination. This five-month art programme will offer a valuable opportunity for the artist and audience alike to observe, influence and inspire each other.
