EVENT DESCRIPTION

Sun Museum, in collaboration with the Labour and Welfare Bureau, Social Welfare Department, and the Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities, will organize a special exhibition entitled “Infinite Creativity in Art”.

The exhibition showcases around 200 artworks created by individuals with disabilities from 17 charitable organizations in Hong Kong. This selection of exhibits includes various media of painting such as sketches, watercolor, acrylic, poster color, and ink paintings. It also features three-dimensional works such as pottery and wire sculpture, as well as handicrafts like weaving, rattan weaving, woodworking, mosaics, and leatherwork.

The mission of the exhibition is to promote an inclusive society. It showcases the artistic direction, techniques, emotions, and personal styles of individuals with disabilities, emphasizing that there is no distinction between them and able-bodied individuals. Both groups can unleash their talents and abilities through artistic training.
