“In the process of creation, I explore the inner emotions of human nature and express my personal feelings through subtle changes. I strip away all external elements to reveal the essence while preserving its charm. The creative concept is to maintain purity without depriving vitality.”

“Whisper of Wind” is a personal exhibition about painting and ceramic sculpture, representing CHAO’s unique interpretation of the natural world and two different mediums.

ABOUT THE ARTIST / ORGANISER

CHAO Harn Kae was born in Malaysia and graduated from the Malaysian Art Academy in 1997, majoring in Fine Arts - Oil Painting. Since settling and working in Hong Kong in 2004, he has been passionate about community art, public sculpture, and engaging in various types of interdisciplinary collaborations. He excels in ceramic sculpture and painting.
